Insurance for online store?

Well when things are finalized, I should have a business license for resale and manufacture. I have been contacted by an ammunition manufacturer who would like to push their product through my site. A quick check with ATF laws shows that for resale of ammunition you do not need an FFL (will get a definate answer - but this is what others in the business are saying). Because of the liability with such merchandise I will, at some point, need to speak with an attorney who handles that sort of thing, as well as insurance. Does anyone know if regular business insurance would cover liability for such merchandise and what sort of premium costs can be expected? From a financial perspective, it may not profit to carrry such items... thoughts? Thanks!

I do not know and I would not want to tell you my thoughts and be wrong. This is something I would check with a lawyer or business adviser to see.
