I havent had much experience w others but Dropbox works great!
Just attach it to an email (Don't do that, really)
4G is a rather large file. Can it be compressed, or reduced? All the site you mentioned are OK. I would check if they have limits on the files size.

I've used MediaFire and DropBox. I prefer DropBox
I would say Dropbox as well. If you go that route, check the settings to make sure your upload pipe is maxed out. I recently did a large file and it took forever, only to realize I wasn't using all of my available bandwidth to upload.
I use Dropbox regularly, ftp on certain occasions. I also have started using Skydrive more often because when I upload a Word file from my PC, I can continue to work on the file within Skydrive. Can't do that with Google Drive.
I also just discovered that large Excel files with several worksheets get saved in Skydrive with all worksheets intact. Google Drive only saves the first sheet.
