I'm not sure... Try calling the financial institution whose information should be on the back of the card.

They said the ATM you was used in last transaction spoiled your card..Yous have to order new.!! but my card is fine.
Well, unfortunately, there is nothing any of us can do here regarding the card. This is definitely a matter between you and your financial institution.
