So can a Canadian corporation lease a car in America and use it in America (as an example)?

    1. Sure, you can lease a car. But keep in mind, that means now you're having a presence in a foreign country... The car is essentially foreign property, so you may need to register as a foreign entity with the Secretary of State in the US State where you're leasing the car. Not sure whether it's going to be worth that cost and expense. You'll also need to have insurance in the USA on the vehicle, etc.

    2. The same thing you're telling us here.
