    Default hi - i am new, hola - soy nuevo

    i am retired and live in spain
    but i feel the need to do something so will set up a small property management company
    (that is a small company not a company for small property)

    Hola Mike. You're retired in Spain, but where were you prior to retirement? And what did you do? Sounds like you have some interesting plans. I think I'll need to do something after retirement as well.

    Retirement? What's that? Oh, I know. The idea seems to have originated in Germany when a leader observed that people over 65 were the best military strategists. He then forced a mandatory retirement at 65 so their experience could not be utilized and he could gain power. The idea caught on, and now people are told their usefulness is over at age 65. When I hit that age, I intend to use my experience to leave those young know-it-alls eating even more of my dust.
