Default Fax managing companies - No in house fax machine

Does anyone use a fax management company? I began signing up for Hellofax but stopped when I realized they were changing my provider. Their provider is a VoIP (Voxbone). Does anyone have knowledge of the quality of VoIP?

The quality of VOIP? You it's reliability? In my experience there hasn't been any noticeable difference. In some ways it's more stable and it's definitely faster, although speed is not a real concern with faxing.
The traditional landline typically associated with faxing hasn't changed much since the late 1800's and what changes there have been haven't been fully distributed across legacy systems. While you may have a newer system, you could be faxing to someone with lines from the 1930's.

VOIP evens the playing field as far as speed and connectivity. Land lines are analog and convert the signal through a series of switches and stuff. Any glitch along the way could interfere with the transmission. VOIP is digital from the beginning so it goes through less "moving parts", the line is fatter, and as such it's easier to integrate complimenting services that traditional "land lines" cannot.

VOIP is generally cheaper as well.

One of the cons of VOIP is that if the internet goes down, so does VOIP. But if the internet goes down we'll all have bigger things to worry about.
But if your phone lines go down, same thing.

However, if both phone lines and your home office internet is out but your mobile is still working, you can still send a fax from your mobile phone or use it as a hot spot to send from another device.
