    Default Need Help in Targeting Audience.

    Hello,

    I am working with a software consultant company. As this is new for me, I want to ask some questions.

    1. what should be the minimum size of businesses to be targeted to buy an ERP? I mean how big business i should target for ERP.
    2. what should be the minimum annual turnover of target business?
    3. what industry is more likely buy ERP and what industry is least interested to buy the same.

    any advice will be most appriciated.

    Those are all questions that the company you work for should be answering. There's no automatic business size you should target. That's a business decision for the company you work for to make. It depends how much it costs them to develop the software and how much they charge for it. Similar for your other questions. They're based on business decisions your company makes and not something universal about businesses and industries.

    I agree with VG. Who your audience is, is something that needs to be determined by company leadership and should have been determined at the start up stage.
    It's unlikely that anyone would start a business without any idea who they would be selling their products and services to.

    Ask you company on what range they want to target for their software consultant service is it in general or specific in region?
