    Zoho is a pretty solid choice in my opinion. Easy to use and setup.

    We use Sugar CRM and Zoho. Zoho also has a pretty good email marketing tool

    Check out some of the open source CRMs. SuiteCRM and Odoo are the two that come immediately to mind, but there are a bunch out there, and lots have online demos so you can give them a whirl before you bother trying to download and install.
