Hello everybody, I have an office building in Dayton, Nevada. Within the building I have a tenant who rents one suite (suite H). She sub-lets two more suites for her salon. One of her sub-lets has been vacant for three months. Does she owe me for the rent on the vacant sub-let? She is a good tenant (even though she talked me into a non-compete clause) but she is struggling so I've been not charging her for the vacant sub-let. Is she legally responsible for the rent on the vacant sub-let? TIA for any replies.
