Default Should I notify my registered agent about changes in OA?

I use a registered agent for my LLC and I'm curious if I need to send new Operating Agreement or not (most changes about ownership and new articles)?

    Please help.

The registered agent is just there to receive official state documents and any legal notices. My sister does that for me in Florida, and I'd never send her anything legal about my company. On the other hand, your agent COULD also be your LLC's attorney in that state, and in that case, you might want to make sure they have a copy of your operating agreement, that's up to you. But if they're just an agent for the purpose of receiving official documents within the (foreign) state, don't worry about it.
