Hello from Cletis
Hi folks. I'm totally new here. I have a struggling electrical contracting business and need to ramp it up and get it into auto pilot very quick. I'm stuck at the 3/4 mil revenue zone with struggling margins and employee problems. My problem is not getting the work, its getting the good work, good employess, and a system in place. Cant wait to start bantering on here and jack up the business
