Wix, it's easy to use. And easy to setup the site for mobile.

WordPress is the most popular website CMS used by 75 million of websites worldwide, which makes up the highest market share (probably, over 30% of the total number of websites globally).

However, CMS stands for Content Management System, and that is not equal to a "website builder".

If you want to build your website on WordPress, you're free to choose any custom solution you want. A website can be built entirely from scratch, but along with that, you can choose a website theme to make it much easier. WordPress offers a bunch of its own standard themes, as well as numerous free and premium ones developed by contributors.

Some themes often include website builder plugins or come with integrated website builders that literally allow you to craft a unique design for specific website areas (such as header, footer, sidebar), pages, and posts.

WordPress website builder plugins need to be installed separately. It's recommended to check their compatibility with your theme, though. Here are some popular ones:

    - Elementor
    - WP Bakery Visual Composer
    - Unyson page builder
    - SiteOrigin page builder.

WordPress introduced its own visual page builder called Gutenberg following the release of WordPress 5.0. So, you can even use that option with ease.
