As an S-corp, you just write yourself a check for your "dividend" and you don't need report it anywhere else (unless your state requires you to) -- because you have already reported all of the net...
Just to wrap this up for anyone reading, originally, I was filling out the Sched L and M, showing the balance sheet.
Since I'm under the threshold, I don't need those, and Retained Earnings don't...
