I would appreciate feedback on my plywood/building supplies pouches brochure:

The rear page is also gray, not sure where my pic of it went.

You could also highlight the benefits of using your pouch. The benefits would be clearly listed in bullet point format on the first page. You would highlight benefits such as reusable, time saving, custom fit to prevent water leakage etc...

I like it. Good visuals to show how the pouches can be used, and nice description, but not too much. I think, with a product like this, you do need to let people see how it can be used, as they may not have thought of buying something like a pouch until they see the benefits.
