Owners who are looking to exit or retire

I am currently enrolled in an entrepreneurial program for launchers starting up new ventures to benefit the local community. As part of the process, we are required to ask questions so as to gain insights on the feasibility of our ideas. My idea relates to business owners who are planning to exit or retire.
