Hi! My name is Ruiza from Indonesia. 26 this year and I used to stay in Melbourne and Singapore.

An introduction of what I do:

I am a fruit chips manufacturer in Indonesia. The kind of chips I manufacture are banana chips, jackfruit chips, mango chips, snakefruit chips, apple chips, etc. It is being sold in the local market under the brand "Happy Treats". I use frying method called vacuum fried which is able to retain the nutrition of the fruits since it is being cooked under a low heat temperature. Oh... my chips are produced without added sugars or preservatives =)

I joined this forum hoping to learn new things and hoping to be able to contribute any help or opinions.

Welcome to the forum Ruiza. I think I can honestly say you're the first fruit chip maker to join the forum. You might also have posted the first introduction to make me hungry. Where are your fruit chips sold?

Hi! Thank you for the welcome.
It's mainly sold in Indonesia as of now. Trying to get it out (to overseas market) but still figuring out and researching on what needs to be done. It's kind of troublesome with all the licensing,rules & regulations etc.
