    A LOT of text on the front page. Wow. Can you not add subpages to break things up a bit.

    Definitely run a spelling and grammar check on your home and about pages. You have a few errors.

    I would also focus less on the fluff and visionary type of comments and more on what sort of specific value you can add to the client who hires you.

    Just to add here, I think there is some inconsistency across the fonts, and the one you're using as a headline under the moving banner seems a bit dated and also strangely positioned.

    I agree with the earlier comments on checking spelling/grammar and the site looks a bit text heavy.
