Hi everyone.
My name is Al and I own a little consulting firm in San Diego, California that specialized in web development and web marketing. It started as a side project while I had my full time job but it is picking up so it is now turning into a real small business hence I need to learn more about how to run a business and would love to net work.

Most of my business comes in from referrals and that seems to be the best way for small businesses. But I need to learn much more about operating and growing small businesses so I look forward learning from many of you and also sharing my own experiences here.
