Wordpress Spam Plugin

Hi All,

I know that this has been asked before, but what is the currant best or most preferred spam plug-in for Wordpress?

The reason i am asking the question again is as with everything times change and if i recall Spam Karma was the previous suggestion i think, however i also believe that this is no longer being updated. Thanks for your comments and look forward to your answers.

Askimet works just fine for me. It comes standard with the Word Press install.

Hmm, i had seen Askimet, but had not really looked at much of what it does, anyway i have activated it and will see what the results are like.

I use Spam Karma II and find it works better for me than Akismet. I think too many legit emails make it's way into Akismet's spam list. Bad Behavior is another spam fighting plugin.

I use, I think, WP Spamfree, and it works well.
