Is there such a thing? Where groups of businessmen can reduce costs by banding together to hire lawyers and thus get a "bulk discount"?

Some contracts that may be a big deal coming my way, and I'd like a lawyer to take a look at it and not have to spend too much..

There are some pre-paid legal plans but I have never heard of groups of businessmen banding together to hire lawyers. I'm not sure it would be attractive to most business attorneys. Most business attorneys would rather have good professional relationships with a smaller number of regular clients rather than getting small pieces of legal work from a lot of different businesses. Taking that type of work at a discounted rate would be twice as unappealing. I'm am sure there are some attorneys who are hungry enough for work that they might be initially interested in taking part in a cooperative buying plan but as soon as they had enough work from clients paying their regular rates, they would drop out of the plan.
