Here's what I have so far:

I'm trying to collect all the legal resources for small businesses. I work in a startup incubator and part of my job is to collect a directory of useful resources. I think this forum would benefit from collective knowledge as well.

Specifically for tech startup info, one of my favorites is startupcompanylawyer.com.
