I can't reply to private message from a member

I got a private message but I can't reply to him
after my reply I get this message from this site :

xxxxx...has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

In fact I have no way for relation him.

They don't want to get messages from anyone. Makes sense to me.

You can't send private messages until you've been here for a time and posted enough. It's to prevent people from joining the forum and spamming everyone with sales pitches. Sadly some people do that. However it's also possible the person you're trying to contact has set up their profile to not receive PMs, in which case there's not much you can do. You'll have to contact them somewhere outside of this site.
