Hi, new to this site. Glad I found it, lots of great info here!
I have had a LLC business recently that went under due to the economy. Would the fact that I closed owing the registered agent fee effect my ability to start a new company?
Also new company would be online only, no products at location, everything on website only. Could I have the LLC in another state? Like Wyoming?
