Out of space on private messages

I tried to send a private message and received an error stating that I was out of space. I read the FAQ to see how to delete some of the messages, but do not see that option available. I only see where I can delete the entire folder. Am I missing something somewhere? Thanks.

You should be able to select each message individually and delete them. If you go into your inbox or your list of sent messages there should be a checkbox to the right of each message that you can check. Then at the bottom of the page there should be a drop down menu of choices, one of which is to delete. It'll delete any messages you have selected.

I'm glad you see everything. I was wondering if something might be wrong and I'd have to figure out how I could delete some messages for you.
