Good morning,

I’m with a email problem with my hoster . I’ve a lodged and use direct mails for my clients. The hoster I use is not allowing this form of contact , he’s threatening to remove the site of air. Is that legal?

Please let me know if it’s legal for them to do so.

It is his business and he can choose how he does it. The solution is simple, find another host and move the site.

If you review the terms of service, or acceptable use policy you will absolutely find that he is within his right to terminate your service at any time. Most hosts only allow 150-300 e-mails per account/hour, which it sounds like you may be exceeding.

You're best bet would be to purchase a VPS (Or even a dedicated server)
