Promoted one forum and added a new sub-forum

Hey All,

Just a quick announcement. We added a new ecommerce sub-forum (http://www.small-business-forum.net/ecommerce/), under Website Management. If you have any questions or thoughts about selling products online or running an online store or shopping cart this is the place to post.

To make some additional room for it we promoted Design & Development to a full forum. This forum should be more for technical questions about building and maintaining sites as well as anything design related. If you have questions about html or css or php, or questions about color or site layout or how to organize your navigational links, this is the forum for you.

I decided to promote Social Media from sub forum to forum as well. The section has grown pretty quickly and we usually have some threads going about one social site or another.

I think that works. Social Media does have lots of good material for discussion.
