Hello everyone.

I am trying to create a business with my brother selling a smartphone/tablet wall mount that uses Command strips to hang them and we are trying to get our name out there and make contacts any way we can.

My question here is about small business expos. First of all I am having a hard time finding them on the internet can anyone help me with a list or a site that might have them listed? Primarily looking for expos in the North East.

And secondly with just one product do you think they are worth while or should we be spending money on better marketing? My product is displayed on this site: Dockem - Universal phone and tablet wall mount - Dockem (http://www.dockem.com).

Thanks in advance.

I guess my first question would be who do you think your target customer is. A lot of the pictures on your site seem to show people doing things around the house. If that's the case, you might be better off going to home expos and things like that.

I also found the New England Business Expo (http://www.eventmanagement.org/newengland/). Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but thought I'd mention it.

I guess my target market is college students, however a large market would also be middle aged women so home expos are a good idea. Thank you for the input.

I checked out the New England expo, exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if its the best way to use my budget but thats what I was looking for.

thanks

You're welcome. Glad I could help.

I would think home expos would be a good place for you to showcase your stuff. Another market might be senior citizens, or assisted living communities or nursing homes.
