I'm starting a wedding planning business with my wife in Vancouver BC. We would own it 50-50. As I'm filing an incorporation application... I'm instructed that I also need an incorporation agreement. This is what our registration website provided:

http://www.fin.gov.bc.ca/registries/corppg/forms/reg50A.pdf

We read through it and it's likely that we will just adopt the sample. However... I'm not sure how to fill it out properly... what I'm most unsure is what to put in the boxes under
"The Company has as its Articles the Table 1 Articles under the Business Corporation Act (BC)."

Do we just fill in both our names in each sections???

I'd be grateful of any help~ thanks.

Call your local CDC (community development corporation) I don't know what they are called in BC, but it's a federal program that funds them - they should be able to walk you through the paperwork properly.
