Those points pretty well sum it up. Whether you are selling widgets or legal services, those are pretty basic tenets.

All good points with the running theme of assuming your customer is happy because they aren't telling you otherwise.

This one can be hard


Assume they will tell you when something’s not right

Unless your clients/customers tell you something is wrong there's not way you can know. I do like the idea of creating opportunities for feedback. I always ask my clients what they think so that I'll know whether they're happy or not. But you can only create the opportunity for them to give you feedback. They still have to give the feedback.
