If you use QuickBooks Online then you can use a Mac, PC, Linux, etc. or anymobile device. You could work from anywhere then! If you have a POS/shopplatform (in the cloud) why would you use desktop software for only in-officeuse (not in the cloud) and have to do things manually? You can streamline andautomate tasks because you are connected. There are so many apps made forClover, built to do things for you. There are a ton made for QuickBooks Online hosting (https://www.apps4rent.com/quickbooks-cloud-hosting/) as well that doesn’t work with QuickBooks Desktop 2020 for Mac (https://www.apps4rent.com/quickbooks-2020-vs-2019-comparison.html). There are Facebook groups just for business ownerswho want to chat about saving time and money by streamlining their workflowwith apps. Some use up to 15 apps and have a technology budget for monthlysubscriptions. They can add services or improve productivity without addingmore employees.
If you are hesitating because you are worried about safety, look forbank-level security as one of the app features.
It’s easier to apply for financing too. The application and approval processis much faster because many of them integrate with QuickBooks Online. Some evenrequire it. Instead of weeks or months, underwriters take only days to approveof you.
