Directory Search and Replace

Does anybody know of an easy way to do a search or search and replace for text within files in a directory / folder? You used to be able to do this with Dreamweaver, but I don't have Dreamweaver anymore.

Is this for WordPress?

If so there's a plug in called "Better Search and Replace" that should do what you want.
