That's pretty broad. What type of guidance are you looking for? Forming a corporation is pretty straightforward if you are the only shareholder. In Massachusetts, you can file online, by fax, by mail or in person (http://www.sec.state.ma.us/cor/corfilingmethods.htm).

After creating the corporation, you need to file Form 2553 (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f2553.pdf) with the IRS.
