For those that use their android cell phone in the office, what headset do you use. I'd prefer a decent over the head headset.

Wired or bluetooth?

I depend on mine daily. . I generally go with Jabra, but have used Plantronics in the past and liked the last one I had.

I'm currently using this one https://www.amazon.com/Jabra-Motion-Bluetooth-Mono-Headset/dp/B00BWG4TUI/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1487182621&sr=8-7&keywords=bluetooth+headsets%2C+jabra, and it's not bad. Not crazy about the fit, and after 2 years I had to crazy glue one of the pieces that was getting loose, but I can't say it's bad quality, I just use it a lot, have dropped it a few times and so on.

Call quality is pretty good. Crystal clear. Has voice commands, and a few custom settings via a smart phone app.

I use 2 phones so I always look for units that can connect to and be used with at least 2 devices simultaneously.

I've tried $20 units before and you get what you pay for. They may be good in a pinch or a fall back device, maybe for driving short errand running trips, but really ended up just being a waste of money to me. Got a whole drawer of old ones trying to save money, really just cost me money in wasted headsets.

I've also used this one: https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-Voyager-Wireless-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/B0092KJ9BU/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1487183125&sr=8-5&keywords=bluetooth+headsets%2C+plantronics. It's pretty good.

and the previous version of this one: https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-201030-01-Voyager-Edge-Bluetooth/dp/B00JLVNF5Q/ref=sr_1_26?ie=UTF8&qid=1487183169&sr=8-26&keywords=bluetooth+headsets%2C+plantronics. Looked cool, but wasn't functionally the best. If this version has call quality and connection improvements, I'd buy it again. It was the best fit out of all of them, but I had connection problems a lot. That was also Bluetooth 3.0 back then. We're on 4.0 now.

Make sure your headset and phone use the same versions of Bluetooth. It'll still work, but if your phone is using Bluetooth 4.0 get a headset that does too.

Freelancer, I'm interested in both options. My phone is several years old.. I've never used the bluetooth on it but I think it works. wired is fine as well.

I am used to using a wired phone with a landline phone.

When I worked in a telemarketing room, we used something like this ( this one is clearly newer) and they worked pretty well.

Bluetooth with older phone makes it a bit tougher to recommend, but wired I do all the time (I have a Plantronics CT14 landline phone that's a tiny dialer unit with a headphone jack). I know the headset I use also works with my cell phone. I've been going to Target and getting a $15 headset with boom mic, I tend to replace them yearly, so I don't want to spend too much on it. Mine looks like this: Amazon.com: Plantronics M214C Headset with Adjustable Volume: Cell Phones & Accessories (http://a.co/59yzYnm) but you can find others similar and they're all about the same in terms of comfort. I haven't gotten a two-ear headset, just because I'm not trying to shut out the world when I talk on the phone.

I use the Sennheiser Presence (https://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Bluetooth-Universal-Devices-Packaging/dp/B00ES51QWO) bluetooth headset. I use it both for my cell phone and for PC/PS4 gaming (using the USB bluetooth dongle for the latter, and I've received many compliments from other gamers about clarity). I don't use the ear clip unless I'm going to be somewhat active; the rubber mold holds it in just fine sitting at a desk, driving, shopping, or socializing. However, both forms of wearing it are comfortable enough that I forget I am wearing it. I've been using mine for a few years now with no issues.

I use Sony and Sennheiser headset and I recommend you to go for Sony or Sennheiser headset. Both these brand are good. Sennheiser HD205 II and Sony Xb450 Ap are the popular and good headset. I have used both and you must try these
