New to Business

Hello everyone! My name is Zachary Croteau and I'm interested in starting a business in the technology field. From this website I hope to make some business connections, and learn from people who are already doing well with their small businesses. As a start, I have been thinking of starting a business in which I repair simple, broken electronics and then resell them for a profit. Any tips on the topic would be appreciated and I hope to learn from this site.

Welcome to the forum Zachary. Did you have specific questions about the business you want to start? My first thought is that you might want to work out some of the numbers as far as your costs and how much profit you could make per sale. It'll give you an idea about what you would need to charge and how many items you'll need to repair each month to earn a living.

Small electronics like sell phones, etc.? I've seen some pretty good resell shops for the iPhone, where the guy would buy used phones, fix them, sell them, also offer repairs for people who just want their phone fixed. He also sold other gadgets as well, but mostly related to iPhones.
