I use the following two commands to find anchor text sites by subject to leave comments

"You may use these HTML tags" subject
“Allowed HTML tags:” subject

I want to modify them to include only do follow sites.

Kindly show me how to do this

Thanks,

I couldn't help you as I stopped spending time on that years ago. Google has changed significantly to give less weight to self manipulation.

My honest recommendation is that it's wasting a lot of time that could be better spent on a well balanced marketing plan. Websites don't want you using them for links anymore and most insure that you don't use them that way.

To add to what Harold said, if you can search and find sites that allow you to submit content with links without a nofollow and your chosen anchor text, Google can find those sites too and easily discount the value of the link.

Honestly, you're wasting time with this tactic.
