I'm looking to add drone videos to my advertising offerings. This is one I just complete and I am looking for some constructive criticism. All suggestions are welcome provided you give some reasoning.

I can't offer any suggestions; however, I do claim DIBS.

Maybe a drone shot from the middle of the lake at boat level. Then maybe move towards the house at that level. The reason being that's how people would see the property from a boat.

I have a friend who takes professional photos of homes for realtors. I've seen some of the homes in person he's photographed, and it's very impressive how much better the homes look in his photographs. He uses a drone for waterfront properties and acerage properties. He said the drone paid for itself in the first month.
