I got welcome email in my Spam folder on Yahoo mail. But activation link came into the Inbox folder.

Maybe you should search for your servers on blacklists ? This could be problem for all web places...

Thanks for letting us know. It varies with different email providers. Some let the emails through and some reject them automatically. I don't think it's anything we're doing, but I'll double check.
