It is obvious that tweets with images get more attention.
Plus, they are added to your profile sidebar. It is worth using them in your tweets. I know that.
But I was thinking about moderation.
Do you think it is recommended to have more than 50% of tweets sent with images?

I don't think there's a ratio. Use images when needed to reinforce or give a visual representation of your message. Obviously if you're tweeting about a new device, you want to use an image of it.
Don't just use images to meet some kind of number threshold. It's more important to fine tune your message, use hashtags properly, Tweet responsibly, and build a relationship with your followers.
