Most types of rentals can be very profitable if done right.

I wouldn't assume that all who live in trailer parks or trailers are poor or just barely getting by. Many people who make well into six figures choose to live in a trailer because of how affordable they are and how quickly and easily they can resell it if they need to chase their job to a new area.
