I believe I have created high quality Videos (real estate, restaurants, car dealers, etc) but have had a hard time
selling them. Looking for guidance.

You're not professionally trained in design it looks like. You have just figured out how to animate a video.... am I correct?
You also may be colour blind.... red text? Ouch my eyes. The photos chosen.. especially the ones of food are very poor quality.. too blurry it looks like they were taken using a potato camera.

I love how inconsistent the borders/frames are.. and how you seem to have taken all these photos from online... and that you've used the buick logo and cut it off...

Yes aside from the music and the "smooth" animation... the design, the choice in photogoraphy, poor typography, no branding, the video speed, the cropping of images all point to an amateur. You can't sell this.

Bill, what exactly are you looking for? Suggestions on how to market your business? Or a business partner?

Bill this will be hard to hear, but I have to agree with Woz. You're not showcasing a very professional product and definitely not one that most businesses will pay for.
My advice is to get better, get better tools and learn how to use them, and learn how to take professional HD videos. The slideshow format is pretty amateurish and there are far better online tools that almost anyone can use to create something far better than what you've done here.

Right now this looks like a hobby. You're not good enough to make it a profession yet. But you can be with some dedication.

To answer the questions going through your mind like "what qualifies me to give such an opinion"....

Yes, I have a video on my website that works well to convert visitors to callers.
Yes, I have created videos like mine for others that have been successful promotional tools for them.
Yes, I work with partners who create HD promotional videos and short commercials.
Yes, I understand what companies are looking for when they want promotional videos and how to use them in their marketing.

Marketing is not your problem. You can't sell this to very many people for very much money.
Get better so that you have a spectacular product to show, and then proceed to beef up your marketing game.
