Hi,

We are a team of 3 freelancers working in the UK, Canada, & Australia. Recently we've decided to register as a business in Canada and disperse to the UK and Australia. I was wondering if there will be foreign income taxes for those remote employees, and what would be the most efficient business structure (e.g. LLC) for this situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Paul

Your best bet is to find an international tax accountant -- someone familiar with the tax treaties between those nations.

This page seems like it might be of interest: http://www.expatnetwork.com/Money/Expat-Tax/Tax-for-Canadian-Expats.cfm

The real questions are: which country issues your passport? Which country is your residence? Have you resided in the other country long enough to qualify for residency under the treaties they have between each other (if the country has a tax treaty at all)?

Most of the tax treaties are online: Tax Treaties (http://www.fin.gc.ca/treaties-conventions/in_force--eng.asp)
