What do you know about a Trade name?
Trade Name dept at SDAT stated a 'Trade name' is a Business name and is spelled in all upper case letters.

The reason I ask is.... if you notice how your name is spelled on biling statements and other financial documents, you will see your name spelled in all upper case letters.

The name is 'capitalized'.

SDAT is responsible for submitting homeowners information to other Government agencies. If they are submitting 'trade names' (Business names), then this is how the agencies will bill the homeowner....as a Business that receives profit.

This would explain why homeowners that labor for a living, appear to have 'income" (profit) because they appear as a Business through a trade name that is recorded on the billing statements.
If you are an employee that labors and must work to 'create' your paycheck...and if you own a home....compare your charges to a Business and you will see similarities with what you are being charged for...

Ground rent/property tax/registration renewels/water/electricity wattage/tolls/income (profit) tax/ and so on....

But since the Businesses only exist in name (trade name), indicates SDAT and other Government agencies are billing Businesses that do not exist and those that labor have to cover the costs that are being billed to the 'trade name'.

Trade name example:
JOHN SMITH (capitalized) in writing, identifies an individual trade/Business.
John Smith (initialized) in writing, identifies natural person.

Burtons Legal Thesaurus:
CAPITALIZE--> Utilize for profit/manipulate/take advantage of.

Utilize for profit = Incorporate for income.
Trade/ Business names being recorded on homeowners Deed, could also explain why homeowner is listed as 'party to a Body Corporate'.
