Im starting a canvass crew to gain new customers for IGS Energy.

Im looking to recruit sales reps for residential and commercial accounts.

This is a door to door and business to business industry.

What's the best way to recruit people?

I would think you're best bet is just to advertise in different classified sites. Think about who's likely to take the job and where they might look for work and post there. I'm guessing this is the kind of job a college student might want so you might look to advertise in college newspapers or even on bulletin boards on and near campus.
