You can try this post from Smashing Magazine. The post also links to several other similar ones and if you search the site you can probably find more.

These aren't necessarily 3 column themes, but many of the themes will be from developers who offer more.

You can check this one out too, Web2Feel, it has the Zinmag themes in it. Careful with Redux 2 it has some issues on 2.7 and IE.

Zinmag's best theme by far is remedy, it has it's own control panel in the wp dashboard for customizing, there is much less code changing than in their previous themes.

I have found the Wordpress site itself good which is linked in the first reponse. the only problem is that i dislike their search, some people must add incorrect keywords or the search does not work very well, as i have search for a few different things and either get minimal results or just get a whole lot of extra's in the results.

Yeah, It sucks, no doubt about it. It used to be much better, you could spend hours looking at themes.
