I use Netfirms almost exclusively for my own sites and customer sites. I can't overstate the great service and support they provide.

Godaddy because most of my customers prefer them for some reason. They are OK , but just OK , not good, not great, just OK.

Godaddy mostly. When I use to do client's websites, I used a service called Name Your Price Web Hosting. They allowed me to enter whatever price I was charging my customer and I would make half of that on commissions.

We have our own dedicated servers - we are NOT a hosting company (we don't advertise hosting) but host our client websites (only sites built by us) if they want to host with us.

Depends on how much u want to spend and what you need.

We have used wiredtree.com now for at least 4 years and have no reason to change - service wise if you post an issue to their support its usually under 15 minutes for a response (usually less then 5) and they fix the issue ASAP. Depends what you need and what level of service you require.
