A start up what? The needs are going to be different depending on the primary product or service offered...a catering business is different from a salon is different from the jewelry store is different from the home based transcriptionist...

All of them can benefit to one extent or another from an understanding of how Google (among many other sources and tactics) can help market their business and cloud computing can be beneficial depending on their needs...
