I like the cheese wheel best. I also like the cheese board, but I wondered if someone might see it as chess board at a quick glance. Most of the names are pretty good. The Rind is interesting, but I think using the word cheese is probably a good idea.

Thank you @vangogh, I appreciate your feedback and agree that I should keep cheese in the name. Great point! Sonovan is a play on Son of Ann. my mothers name.

To me the House,of cheese sounds more impressive and suggests a larger selection. I do like The Cheese wheel and Board also but they convey a smaller selection to me.
