Hi,

I'm starting a in-home care agency for the elderly in the Los Angeles area. I have 5 years experience as a caregiver with 1 year working for an agency. I would like to become one of the best in my area then eventually expand into other counties and states. There's a great demand for in-home caregivers however not everyone has the money to pay for the expensive costs of care. I would like to find the people who are able to afford in-home care and serve them by exceeding their expectations.
