How to grow classified website business

We have started basic classified geo location covers all over India, I need some ideas, suggestion regarding our classifieds.

I use craigslist all the time to find work. I am a real estate investor and I use the Gigs tab alot and this one is a secret. I use the community tab on craigslist. I suggest trying the community tab because it works!

Having posts already there will encourage others to post as well.. no one wants to post in an empty site!

Have a video demo created (for about $10 on sites such as Fiverr) and post that wherever you can to increase awareness (cheap marketing).
