Logo and Site Header Design Needed - Small-Business-Forum.net

I need a fairly simple logo with a wood background header. I found a tutorial on how to get the effect I'm looking for, but am time and graphically challenged.

This is the tutorial, Jelly Remake - Tutorials 2.0 If anyone is interested, please pm for details. While I appreciate the skill and talent it takes to do design work, I'm sorry to say, cost is a factor as my budget is limited.

I'm not a logo designer, but I wanted to give your request a bump for those here who are logo designers. If no one responds remind me about this and I'll see if I can find someone who can help.
